Gusty-Lee Boulware, PhD, BCBA

Gusty-Lee has over 25 years of experience providing support and intervention for children with social, communication and behavioral challenges and their families.  She earned her doctorate from the University of WA where she studied developmental and behavioral best practices, infant mental health and parent-child interaction.  She then went on to create, implement and evaluate programs at the Experimental Education Unit located at the University of WA for children with ASD and related disorders and their families.  She provides training and workshops internationally and has published in Focus on Autism and Developmental Disabilities, Young Exceptional Children, and Topics in Early Childhood Special Education.


RinaMarie Leon-Guerrero, PhD, BCBA

RinaMarie has 15 years experience working with children with autism and related disorders and their families. Formerly a classroom teacher, she earned her doctorate at the University of Washington.  Her studies focused on reading instruction, rehabilitation medicine and effective interventions to promote the social and emotional development for young children with ASD. She was then the project coordinator for the Professional Development in Autism (PDA) Center. The PDA center was a federally funded grant which provided training and technical assistance to school districts. She has been involved in the professional development of educational professionals through the PDA center and as a graduate course instructor at both the University of Washington and Western Washington University. She has published in Beyond Behavior and Autism Aspergers Publishing Company.


Kristin Ainslie, M.Ed

Kristin has 10 years of experience working in a variety of capacities with an emphasis on working with children with emotional regulation issues as well as social and behavioral challenges. Other areas of experience have come from being the lead teacher in inclusive preschool and kindergarten classrooms, training and coaching parents and teachers, providing social and play skills services for children and creating strength-based behavioral plans for children in their homes. In her practice she uses a variety of positive behavioral support approaches and naturalistic teaching strategies. Her teaching and coaching practices are centered around meeting each individual child and family’s needs and she highly values collaboration from family members.
